OUR STUDENTS
Katy wanted to refresh her skills and qualify to teach in the uk.
Very soon after graduating katy started running; 2 groups of latin workout classes for ladies over 30 and has an urban latin workshop in november 2021.
katy is about to launch online classes in the uk, germany and mexico…. so far!
She has been approched by gym to cover classes in the local area.

graham STARTED HIS BUSINESS IN MAY 2021 USING KO FITNESS AND THERAPY IN BRAINTREE TOWN. workING on a 1-1 basis increasing HIS clients . Mobility, FLEXIBILITY, Core and Body Strength.
